Balderda$h.. Governor Jerry Brown can hustle billion$ from California big business and state taxpayers to blow on his wife's $100 billion High~Speed Rail debacle, and President Trump can't get his  Republican U.S. Congress to fund $25 billion for a National Security Wall on our Southern U.S. border with Mexico ??
